Access to daylight at your workplace and being able to see the surroundings increases people’s well-being. This is shown by a research summary carried out on behalf of the Swedish Work Environment Authority. During an average working day, just over 50% of men and almost 70% of women are outdoors in daylight for one hour or less. The report is part of a larger study in which the Swedish Work Environment Authority updates its rules on daylight.
