Only one Swede in two reacts when they see discrimination or other ethical offences at work, according to a new study. The main reason for not reacting, people say, is that it makes no difference if you report bullying or discrimination. This information comes from the magazine Arbetsliv (working life). At the same time, nine out of ten employees think it is important to report problems without being punished, that everyone is treated equally and that the organisation is transparent.
